46 YEARS OF TRADITION

Here at the University of Virginia, the sisters of Alpha Delta Pi have created a genuine sisterhood with a strong legacy that will thrive for years to come. The qualifications for membership in Alpha Delta Pi have remained unchanged since our chapter was founded in 1977: scholarship, high principles, and true friendship. Our sisters exemplify these ideals every day, making them distinctive leaders within our chapter, and across the UVA community at large.

Being a member of Alpha Delta Pi is more than just a four year experience; it is something that lasts a lifetime. The close bonds between our sisters create friendships that are never-ending and continue across the country long after graduation. Alpha Delta Pi is more than a sorority. It is a way of life.

Although this organization has members who are University of Virginia students and may have University employees associated or engaged in its activities and affairs, the organization is not a part of or an agency of the University.  It is a separate and independent organization which is responsible for and manages its own activities and affairs.  The University does not direct, supervise or control the organization and is not responsible for the organization's contracts, acts or omissions.
